- Responsible for reconciling hotel paperwork, posting to guest accounts.
- Closing the day, greeting all guest in a pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic manner while registering guest information and settling guest accounts for the hotel.
- Manage phone activity including providing general knowledge to callers.
- Manage walk-in traffic.
- Register and assign rooms to guest.
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
- Stock the front desk whit daily supplies.
- Verify all accounts posting and balance.
- Any additional duties as defined by the Front Desk Supervisor or Front Office Manager
Experience:
1 year of Oracle - OPERA (recommended)
1 year of Hotel Front Desk Experience (required)
Typical end time:
- 7AM
