Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

We are looking to hire a part time Front Desk Night Auditor to provide a professional customer care experience for our guests!

· Must be able to work 11:00 pm-7:00 am. Wednesday thru Sunday.

· Hotel/Inn Front Desk experience is highly desired.

· Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Must have a happy & cheerful demeanor.

· Greet guests and patrons as they arrive.

· Manage the registration process.

· Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls.

· Must have strong communication skills.

· Manage accurate accounting of all rooms.

· Provide guests with directions around the hotel.

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

· Complete the Nightly Audit function.

· Must have the ability to stand for the duration of your shift if needed.
