SalaryBefore a product is loaded for transport, the Auditor will be responsible for auditing completed orders for quality and accuracy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. They will need to pay close attention to detail and be able to work within set timelines. The Auditor will also need to demonstrate the ability to work safely.

We are looking for an Auditor on our Second Shift(Schedule: Schedule M-F 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) for our Channahon warehouse.
Pay: $17.25/hr.
The Auditor's responsibilities include:
- Certify orders are free of errors: correct quantity requested, correct SKU requested, and quality of product is free of damage.
- Ensure that all banded units are built tightly, and levelers effectively used for safe transport.
- Notify the order puller of any errors found for correction prior to transport and notify the supervisor of any discrepancies, product quality issues, or safety issues.
- Record daily audited order information onto written and/or electronic logs.
- Anticipate the needs of the business by auditing orders of high priority prior to those of low priority.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to productively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements.
- Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic math skills, interpersonal/team skills, and reasoning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection experience.
- Familiarity with building supplies.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
