**Duties:** - Conduct night audit procedures in a timely and accurate manner. - Welcome guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide information about hotel services. - Handle guest check-outs, including resolving any issues and processing payments. - Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. - Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area. - Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night. **Requirements:** - Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field. - Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills. - Ability to handle guest relations effectively, especially during the night shift. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures. - Availability to work overnight shifts.
