The Night Auditor will also be responsible for conducting regular audits of the hotel's records, verifying guest accounts, and providing support to the front desk staff. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the hotel premises.
- Check in and check out guests.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Balance the daily accounts and prepare reports for management.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Keep and Clean and Organized Environment for the Guest
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
