Form of workWe are looking for a compassionate, capable, and caring individual as a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to work out of our corporate office in Long Beach.
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for digitizing data for storage purposes, collecting client data information, maintaining an organized filing system, and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
This is not a remote position.
Schedule: Friday to Monday 8AM-6PM, hours flexible

Complete and total support to teach and train our field staff using of smart phone app
• Dedicated to mobile app experiences and working closely with other departments to ensure staff are fully trained and knowledgeable
• Participate in planning and propose improvements as necessary
• Evaluate for potential problems and assist to develop solutions
• Multitasking between projects and activities
• Excellent customer service to our staff, clients, caregivers and applicable project participants
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Data entry and reporting
• Perform other clerical duties, tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- MUST have experience with Quick-books
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
