This position will be based in our Falck USA headquarters in our Orange, CA office.
Falck is a is a global emergency medical services provider originating from Denmark that services 3 states in the US including: California, Oregon, and Colorado. Falck has been operating in the US since 2010 and is one of the largest private providers of emergency medical services in the country today. Our BLS and ALS services impact not only the lives of our patients, but their families and communities.
Pay Range: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
The Payroll Administrator must be able to adequately perform essential duties in an organized and efficient manner. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide world class customer service to our external and internal customer base
- Process on demand manual checks for all our Falck locations
- Manage garnishments for all locations
- Process payroll for 1 Falck location
- Manage and provide ADP with new experience rates (tracers)
- Run ADP output reports to support all Falck locations
- Support payroll inbox inquiries and work with multiple teams
- Balance quarterly and annual tax reports
- Serve as back up for payroll processing to our Payroll Team
- Audit payroll data entries or system upload
- Maintain and manage payroll procedures, based on company initiatives
- Manage payroll inbox for Payroll Shared Services
- Administer union dues reporting and working with Accounting for check processing and troubleshooting inquiries
- Work with ADP on troubleshooting multi-state taxation
- Support Payroll Team on several projects based on company initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

- 3-5 years or greater in the payroll profession
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and

- Knowledge of ADP Vantage or other Payroll systems platform
- Knowledge of payroll output reports
- Knowledge of payroll cycle supporting different customer base
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment supporting our internal and external customers
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
- Knowledge of time and attendance systems
- Excel skills
