Part-time Loan Servicing Specialist

Our client is seeking a long term temp Loan Servicing Specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in customer service, escrow, or mortgage servicing (3-5 years preferred, but not required). You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loan payments, and ensuring accurate record keeping.

3 days a week in office!

Responsibilities:

• Process loan payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding their loan accounts.
• Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with various Loan Servicing tasks, potentially including escrow disbursements, payoff statements, and document management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant Loan Servicing procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or escrow experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of basic Loan Servicing principles (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent math skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule available.
