Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative In-Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks, including artwork design using Canva, email communication with potential clients, and handling sample creation and mailing.

Responsibilities:

• Artwork Design:
• Utilize Canva to create eye-catching and customized designs for promotional products.
• Ensure that designs align with clients' branding needs and product specifications.
• Email / Phone Communication:
• Reach out to potential clients via email, presenting our product offerings and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain clear and professional communication to foster positive client relationships.
• Sample Creation and Mailing:
• Coordinate the creation of product samples as per client requests.
• Organize and handle the mailing process, ensuring timely delivery.
• Administrative / Production Support:
• Assist with general office tasks and provide support to other team members as needed. This will include production of products.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using Canva for creating artwork designs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
