Part-Time Housekeeper

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This

position involves working 21 hours a week, spread across three days, to ensure our

residence is impeccably maintained. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in

maintaining our residence, ensuring it remains a pristine and comfortable environment.

Need to have a keen eye for cleanliness, organizational skills, and the ability to manage

various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Thorough cleaning of the entire home, ensuring a pristine and organized living space.

2. Window cleaning to keep living spaces bright and welcoming. Regular cleaning of

windows is essential to remove salt sprays.

3. Coordination with vendors, including meetings to oversee various household

services.

4. Regular inspection and operation of the pool system to ensure optimal functionality.

5. Prompt reporting of any issues discovered during housekeeping duties.

5. Maintenance of a detailed logbook to track tasks completed and observations made.

6. Weather preparedness for sudden weather changes, securing outdoor furniture and

taking precautions of potential hurricanes or tropical storms.

7. Purchase groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and any other requested items

before primary’s arrival.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a housekeeper with excellent attention to detail.

2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

5. Familiarity with pool systems and basic maintenance procedures.

6. Proactive approach to addressing household issues.
