Assisted Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency providing skilled Home Health services to patients at home. We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Physical Therapist with at least one year of experience as a PT in the Home Health setting. We are committed to delivering the highest quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes, ensuring their well-being and independence. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
As a PT at Assisted Home Health, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. You will work under the supervision of our experienced Physical Therapists to provide exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Requirements for Physical Therapist:
PT must have a current Florida Physical Therapy license
Home Health care experience
The applicant must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program, passed the national Physical Therapist examination and an examination on the laws and regulations governing the practice of physical therapy in Florida
Preferred Skills for Physical Therapist:

PT must have excellent oral and written communication skills
ability to interact effectively with all staff, patients, families and members of the health team
effective problem-solving and good analytical skills
organized, resourceful, dependable and detail oriented
working knowledge of computer programs: Word and data entry.
