Openwork has partnered with a Textile company located in Enoree, SC seeking 3rd ShiftMachine Operators.
Job Type: temp-to-hire

Pay information: is $15.00 hour (April 1st 2024, temp-to-hire pay will increase $16.00)
Additional pay information: $0.75 perfect attendance bonus per hours, paid weekly (currently $15.75, 4/1/24 $16.75)
Hours & Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am.
Additional Information: Climate-controlled environment. NO STEEL TOES.
Must have the following:
- Stable work history.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Have a good attendance record.
- Some machinery experience is helpful but not required.
- Ear plugs are required while working.
Job Functions:
- Set up and operate textile machines.
- Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Test the operation of machines periodically.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
