Home2 Suites by Hilton, is adding to our front desk team! We're currently looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent to work a flex schedule, open to both 1st shift (7am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm), 3-4 days per week.
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you'll check guests in-and-out, assist with any questions regarding their reservation, and go above and beyond to offer stellar Guest Service. You'll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
Qualificationsand Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous hotel experience desired, but will consider any customer service background!
