Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate departments
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
This position requires a friendly and professional individual who enjoys interacting with guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel.
