Part Time Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients and members to the clinic, coordinating check in/out process, collecting intake paperwork, and smoothly managing the Front Desk operations of a busy chiropractic clinic. This opening is for a part-time job opportunity that can work at our Arlington Highlands and Southwest Arlington locations.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome an average of 50-60 patients and members per shift
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Coordinate check in and check out process, directing patients to their destination
• Supporting the doctor's treatment plan recommendations with patient at check out
• Pitch and close membership and package sales
• Smoothly manage the daily Front Desk operations of a busy chiropractic clinic
• Provide administrative and clerical support via EMR system and Microsoft excel
• Manage and facilitate phone calls with patients, members, and vendors
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional workspace and waiting area
• Offer referral cards to patients to refer their friends and family
• Ask for patient's feedback from their visit, via Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews

Qualifications

• Sales Experience Required: 1 year minimum
• Front Desk Experience Required: 1 year minimum
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Personality Traits Needed: Leadership, Task Manager, Abstract Thinker, Empathy
• Must be Competitive! *Performance Based Bonuses!
• Computer literacy skills: Typing, Utilizing Software System, Processing Documents, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Email Communications, Excel Spreadsheets
• Ability to work a set schedule based on the business needs and hours of operation
