Part Time Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Provide information about the hotel, its services, and amenities.
• Process check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain records of guest accounts and reservations.
• Provide concierge services to guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
