SalaryMountain Edge Suites at Sunapee is seeking an enthusiastic, detailed person to join our Front Desk and breakfast teams on a year-round basis. The Front Desk is the hub of hospitality and information for our guests. The Front Desk position involves work including:
- Welcoming guests
- Providing area information and recommendations
- Answering incoming calls
- Making hotel reservations
- Checking guests in and out
- Handling billing and payments
- Managing guest requests
- Overseeing breakfast service
- Following all security and safety policies
- Troubleshooting guest room issues
- Offering warm, genuine hospitality
The position will cross train in the breakfast area, and will work in either or both departments as needed. This position requires schedule flexibility and will include day and evening shifts and requires consistent weekend availability.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
