Part-Time Freelance Graphic Designer

Orbus is a leading visual communication company and is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience to collaborate with our team on projects across several mediums.

This is a part-timeremote position, and the ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. This role will be part of a small multi-disciplinary team and will have the unique opportunity to interact directly with other designers and marketers to ensure all projects meet the business goals. You must be a motivated, self-driven team player who interacts well with others, has the ability to communicate creative concepts to the team, and advise/consult with other team members on project-related issues.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for several key projects, including:

• Supporting with product artwork designs to support clients
• Designing tradeshow display graphics and build a library of product graphics for use in the company’s annual tradeshow program & showroom
• Design power point presentations, PREZI presentation templates
• Design sell sheets, printed & digital brochures, and guides for internal & external use
• Maintain company pricing guides
• Edit staff photos, exhibit photos & maintain the library

Qualified candidates should have the following education, experience & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Macintosh platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (CS5) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – excellent photoshop skills a must
• Proficiency in taking photos, editing and manipulating photos a must
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficiency in these mediums not required, but highly valued: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere
