We are Miss Microgreens (@MissMicrogreens): An indoor hydroponic farm located in Lake Bluff, IL. Summer is approaching and we are looking for someone to work our Farmers Markets. We sell primarily microgreens, but this year we will also sell lettuces and herbs.

We are waiting to get final confirmation for our market lineups/towns; but tentatively this job will be Wednesday-Sunday, approximately 8 hour days beginning at 5-6am.

We are looking for someone who is very bubbly and personable and not afraid to talk to strangers. You must have a good attitude and understand customer service, but be firm with difficult customers too. You must have a smart phone to use our checkout app.

This is a physical job as this position requires you set up a market tent, tables, and arrange our produce for display. You are on your feet for an entire shift, and busy talking to customers. This requires a good amount of energy, enthusiasm, and early risers!

This is a seasonal job and our season runs from approximately May 1-Nov 1. You MUST have a reliable and available summer/fall schedule.

Employees are paid $20 per hour, with 1.5x pay overtime, and accumulated PTO. 401K is offered to full time employees.

• Part time employees will be required to work 2+ markets per week, 5am-2pm. Pick 2 you can be available: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
