D2 Flight Academy in New Bern NC has an open position for a Part- time Scheduler/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be an exceptional team player. This position provides exceptional customer service for our students and other aviation customers.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Flight reservation scheduling
- Proctoring aviation testing
- Answering phone calls
- Maintains communication with instructors, and with other staff members.
- Reporting to work on time, every day scheduled
- Experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of office equipment and computer programs/software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience working in office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a federal and criminal background check
- Must be able to work weekends
