Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the trucking industry, specifically pertaining to repair service, emergency road service and towing.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, dispatching for road breakdown repair needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, collecting payments or purchase order numbers and providing necessary information.
- Utilize phone system and software platforms to assist customers with their service breakdown and repair needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information for dispatching and invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including shop, road service and towing departments, to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work.
Note: Previous experience in dispatch preferred but not required.
