Part-time (20-30 hours/week) CSR position is available immediately. Queenstown Veterinary Hospital is looking for applicants with Customer Service experience in a reception/front desk setting with heavy phones. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a veterinary setting, but we will consider candidates with applicable experience in other industries. This position requires professional, friendly and courteous communication with our clients, scheduling appointments and surgeries, invoicing office visits, multi-line phone and paging system use, detail-oriented inter-staff communication, daily transaction reconciliation, experience with computers and email communication, among other tasks.
