About the opportunity:
If you are looking for a part-time contract position in Customer Financial Services, consider joining our team! You will assist the Supervisor of Credit & Collections and other Customer Financial Services (CFS) management in handling various supporting credit, collections, accounts receivable, and deduction-related tasks and reporting for the Ascensia Diabetes Care (ADC) customer portfolios across US, Mexico, & Canada.
This is a part-time contract opportunity.
What you will be doing:
- Provide support to management or teammates with gathering data needed for monthly reports and/or reconciliations.
- Support the team with Internal Control Framework (ICF) monitoring monthly, quarterly, per occurrence, or as needed.
- Enter credit memos, debit memos, or journal entries as needed.
- Update Reason Coding on open A/R items as instructed.
- Provide support with collecting credit reports, applications, financial statements, and references.
- Monitor the common team email inbox(es) and distribution of incoming messages internally.
- Process and monitor customer invoicing requests via email, electronically, and post.
- May provide support coverage in monitoring/releasing credit held orders.
- May act as liaison with outside collection agencies.
- May provide EDI or other electronic data transmission monitoring in support of resolution of errors or kick-outs.
- Coordinate Master Data updates as needed.
What you need for success:
- Prior accounts receivable, credit, and/or collections experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills strongly desired with a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft software.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business-related field is desired.
- General knowledge of business terminology beneficial
- NetSuite Experience ideal
