This position is Part Time 20 Hours a week.
What You’ll Do:
Commercial Lending Administrative Support:
- This position travels between our branches in the Greater Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire locations as business needs arise to support our Commercial Lending team.
- Ensure loan files have the appropriate documentation and provides copies of applicable documents to customers and Credit Department.
- Pulls various reports such as Note Ticklers, Past Due Loans, DDL, and Notes coming
- Reviews customer deposit account overdrafts and works with Commercial Lending Officers to process
- Inputs initial loan request to produce loanwrite-ups, memos, term sheets, commitment letters, , rejection, or renewal letters.
- Works with the Appraisal Department to order appraisals and environmental reports.
- Requests initial loan documents and reviews for accuracy,prepares checklist and fee schedule to provide to the attorney, review HUD Settlement Statements for loan closings, advance or net fund loan proceeds into attorney’s IOLTA, process any internal payoffs and enter bank fees into the various General Ledgers. .
- Assists Commercial Lending Officers with collecting missing documentation and financial update Processes account transfers, loan advances, loan paydowns, and loan payoffs.
- Ensures UCCs are filed after loans are
- Works with attorney’s to order title endorsement on construction loans, coordinates inspections and advances proceeds.
Compliance Administrative Support:
- Provides Commercial Lending compliance support in the areas of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) including but not limited to:
- The review of commercial loan applications and files for HMDA and/or CRA determinations;
- Performs any manual entry of data fields into the QuestSoft HMDA/CRA reporting modules;
- Assists in the quarterly monitoring and preparation of the HMDA Omissions report;
- Compares output of QuestSoft HMDA reporting to that of Premier and AccuAccount/AccuApproval reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
- Compares output of QuestSoft CRA reporting to that of Premier reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
- Collects, monitors, reviews, and follows-up on missing documentation for commercial originated loans and non-originated commercial loan applications.
- Collaborates with the Chief Commercial Lending Officer to respond to monitoring reports performed by the Bank’s Compliance and Audit departments.
- Assists in updating policies and procedures as they may pertain to HMDA, CRA, or the Bank’s Commercial Loan Lifecycle Solution (CLLS).
- Performs testing and provides feedback regarding the functionality of the CLLS as it applies to HMDA and CRA reporting.
- Maintains records in an appropriate manner to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business Administration;
- One to three years related experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
