SalaryOur company is looking for an experienced accounts manager to assist in managing ours. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasking, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Candidate must also be familiar with FDCPA.
Duties & Skills Include:
Setting up New customer accounts while simultaneously maintaining existing customer accounts
Must be knowledgeable in (FDCPA) Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
Must posse critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must posse negotiating Skills
Must have experience in inbound and outbound calling, as well as customer service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
