- Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
- Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
- Have a valid NYS Teaching Certificate (Birth-2)- Required
- At least one year of preschool admin experience- Required
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role-Required
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field-Required
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

- Job Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Coach and mentor teaching team members in implementation of TLE Curriculum
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, share updates, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and families to establish strong partnerships and ensure open lines of communication.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Salary: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
