What You'll Do:
- Client Account Management: Keep our clients happy and satisfied with top-notch account management skills.
- Social Media Guru: Help manage our social media presence and help engage
- Tech Advisor: Use your tech know-how to suggest the best systems and processes.
- Team Leader: Hire, train, and manage virtual assistants.
- Relationship Builder: Maintain great relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Business Developer: Spot and grab new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Sales Star: Create presentation decks, assist with writing blog posts, social media posts for the company, and identify and develop new business opportunities through technology sales and Business Development strategies
- Independent Worker: Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Networking Ninja: Join in Business Development activities and network like a pro.
What We Need From You:
- System and Process Experience: Some background in creating systems and processes.
- CRM Software Skills: Know-how in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Sales and Technical Skills: Ability to understand and communicate tech solutions, create presentation decks, do market research and competitor research, .
- Experience: Some sales, account management, or Business Development background.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong skills in both.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently and spot new opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Skillful in managing social media platforms.
- Lead Negotiations and close deals with clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to effectively manage Client Accounts and provide exceptional customer service
