```Duties:```
- Manage payroll input
-Manage SUI, BWC reporting
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and efficiency
- Supervise and provide guidance to employees
- Monitor and analyze financial data, including profit loss statements
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement appropriate measures
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Business Manager or related position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
