Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
