Part Time Attendant

The Bend in Bentonville is seeking a Part Time Attendant for our Beer/Wine/Food Truck. They will be in charge of working the front of house. Taking orders, pouring wine, servicing all beer and wine beverages, cleaning, organizing and general serving duties.

This role will be asked to oversee all things beer, wine and food serving; working with the lead cook, the Bend General Manager and the Bend team and execution of front of house duties for the beer and wine bar. We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales or wireless sales is an advantage

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Bentonville, AR 72712: Relocate before starting work (Required)
