Valet Attendant | Daily Cash Tips

Park Inc is looking for customer focused valet parking attendants to work at our client location in West Memphis, AR. This is a 24/7 location and shifts are morning, afternoon, and evening. Pay is $10 plus tips! If hired, start as soon as NEXT WEEK! MUST be 21 years of age or older.

As a valet parking attendant you will perform the following functions:

• Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s).
• Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets.
• Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues.
• Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations.
• Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines.
• Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

The pay range for each opportunity varies based on tips and location. Valet attendants can expect to make $10 -$25 per hour. Job Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ years of driving experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
• Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance; neatly groomed - no visible tattoos
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc.
• Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
