Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and decision-making
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Oversee cash register operations and perform cash handling duties
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement sales strategies
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Training development experience
- Multilingual abilities
