Warehouse Assistant Manager

Are you an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in warehouse management? We are actively seeking a strategic and results-driven Warehose Assistant Manager to oversee and elevate the efficiency of our warehouse facility. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and productivity.
salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and floor productivity.
• Manage the warehouse team to enhance efficiency and reduce overtime.
• Collaboration with warehouses leads to boost productivity and create plans for loss prevention.
• Coordinate product transportation, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Implement effective staff scheduling and management protocols.
• Monitor workload and productivity, making adjustments to the schedule as needed to meet business demands.
• Address scheduling conflicts promptly and implement clear communication protocols for schedule changes.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust scheduling processes, seeking feedback from staff and making improvements based on evolving business needs.
