What We're Looking for:
- Lead our parking team to provide positive first and last impressions for all fans attending Hillsboro Hops games, Portland State Football games, OSAA State Playoffs, and other events at the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex throughout the year.
- Ensure all staff is signed in and out in accordance with the Hillsboro Hops employee standards
- Collect payment through cash, credit card, or validation, always securing cash according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Provide the correct change for cash transactions and issue a receipt for all fee transactions.
- Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions, cash taken, and other metrics as assigned by a supervisor.
- Provide the company’s standards of service to each customer, including maintaining the required uniform appearance, welcoming fans, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
- May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
- Other special projects as assigned by Hops Front Office Members.

Must Haves:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- High School degree preferred.
- One year of related experience leading and/or managing a team.
- One year of related experience with cash handling.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with fans and other employees.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
