HR Manager

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CMMI Maturity Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 34 years' experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking an experienced Full-time Proposal Manager.

Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Manager job description and specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company. Examples such as Workday, Cloud HR, Smart Recruiters, and others.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to

  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
