- Oversee Special Crew operations and ensure park/department standards for health and safety are maintained.
- Perform scheduling, assignment, and monitoring of personnel.
- Be responsible for associate training, certification, motivation, and performance management.
- Maintain back areas and event facility cleanliness.
- Operate various power tools, small machinery, and equipment (including compactors, balers and motor vehicles).
- Be responsible for waste and recycle collection, handling and transfer.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge

- Previous leadership experience/training (an asset).
- A valid California driver’s license
- Someone who is able to follow and issue both oral and written instructions clearly.

- Availability that includes working flexible shifts starting at 6am including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
