About the Role Guest Services Supervisor
Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.This role serves as an example for and leads other associates within the Guest Services department by coaching, giving direction which may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.The Guest Services Supervisor lead associates in positions that may include bell, shuttle, door, and valet and is a highly visible role which gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.50.

- Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests in addition to ensuring Guest Services colleagues are doing so while adhering to Forbes standards
- Understand guest and colleague needs and provide them with personalized solutions
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations for guests waiting at the front drive
- Respond to guest & colleague complaints while finding the appropriate solutions
- Communicate with all other departments efficiently and effectively
- Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and safety guidelines around the valet, Guest Services, and front drive areas
- Scheduling, interviewing, payroll & attending meetings
- Assist with other areas of Rooms Operations including Front Desk, Concierge & Resort Services
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding Guest Services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Opera & Kronos strongly preferred
