Skyline Education, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to join our family next school year to assist the Special Education Teachers with providing academic instruction in the inclusion setting at our Skyline Gila River campus. The instructional assistant to work with special needs students in an inclusion and resource setting for grades 6-12. A typical day of someone in this position with have a daily schedule of working in the general education classroom alongside students with special needs. Segments of the day will include small group pull-outs in the resource room. Daily opportunities are available to collaborate with teachers and students through planning, training, and supervising duties. Candidates may need to support students in academic areas up through high school.
Position is for the 2024-2025 school year, starting July 19th. Preference will be given to candidates who have educational experience in the classroom. Candidates will need to have a general knowledge of basic technology such as email, web navigation, and data entry.
