Paralegal/Contracts Manager -- Commercial Transactions
Camping World & Good Sam is seeking a paralegal and/or contracts manager with extensive knowledge and experience to support a variety of commercial transactions and to assist with managing the commercial transactions process. The role plays an integral part in the success of the commercial transactions team and requires leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work-ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the attorneys with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the terms and conditions for a variety of commercial transactions, including technology transactions, services agreements, sponsorships, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements
- Coordinating stakeholder reviews of specific contractual provisions, such as business stakeholders, information technology, information security, risk management, and finance
- Coordinating document finalization and signature
- Drafting summaries of material transactions to assist business teams executing on the business relationship
- Advising business stakeholders regarding contract interpretation
- Analyzing opportunities for process improvements in the commercial transactions process, including matter intake, negotiation, finalization, signature, and post-signature contract management

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or significant paralegal and/or contracts management experience, preferably at a large firm or in-house legal or procurement department
- 8+ years' commercial transactions experience
- Superior technical skills including being able to prepare and redline documents in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Excel
