Paralegal (Part-Time)

Experienced Business Transaction Paralegal wanted for part time work.
We are a small law firm located in Eagle.

Practice areas is Business Transactions & Civil Litigation

Hours will vary and will likely be 2-6 hours per day.
Pay depends on experience.
Preferred Skills:
· Extensive experience drafting, editing and filing pleadings
· Legal drafting experience is a must
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Experience with legal concepts
· Highly attentive to details & organized

· Client Outreach skills.
