Requirements:
- Proficiency with Litigation Law (Private Law Firm of any size)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Litigation, familiarity and comfort with frequent client contact, litigation, discovery, trial prep and trial support
- Strong research and writing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Prefer a candidate with familiarity with county-specific procedures
