SalaryRaheen Family Law is a fast-growing Family Law Firm looking to add an experienced Family Law Paralegal to the team. Our organization is looking for a smart and dynamic Family Law Paralegal to assist with the study and preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery expedites, discovery responses, trial notes and briefs. As a Family Law Paralegal, you must have superior writing skills and knowledge of legal terminology. We seek someone who is detail oriented and able to maintain focus during stressful times. You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure and establish good working relationships with clients and fellow employees.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
- Manage and maintain document management systems.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Assist with data entry and document organization.
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
- Organize and maintain case files.
Requirements:
- Family Law Paralegal experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite products.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
