MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN 15-20 MILES OF RESTON. The outer perimeters considered are Leesburg, Manassas, Vienna, Mclean, and all areas within that perimeter.

* Bachelor’s Degree or some post-secondary education required
* Positive attitude to follow office and training procedures
* Excellent focus with great attention to detail and accuracy
* Training at your own pace - priority is accuracy - no production requirement.
* Excellent English proofing skills (English must be the first language)
* Good listening and interpersonal skills
* Enjoy working with friendly, helpful coworkers
* Comfortable working independently mostly on the computer
* Microsoft Office experience and good PC skills
* Flexible with excellent attitude, professionalism, and work ethic

This is a full-time, in-office position while training, offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Hybrid schedule available after 1-2 years of experience. The hours are 9-5 pm, 37.5 hr. work week, with no overtime required. Timeliness and reliability are a must. The work environment is business casual dress, friendly with a strong teamwork ethic.

Pay: $45-50K DOE salary per year with overtime if needed (not required) for recent graduates with no experience and discretionary annual bonus, full training program provided. Significant salary increases are usual following the first and following years of training.
