MCM Staffing is hiring Pallet Builders in Flint!
This is a Packaging provider of pallets, crates & boxes for various industries including, automotive, grocery, and other small businesses.
7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
$15hr - Paid weekly!
$15hr - Paid weekly!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lift 50 lbs consistently. Up to 30 times an hour.
Able to use a Nail Gun
Work in a loud industrial type environment.
Work any shift and overtime as required.
Be on time
Must be able to rotate through all tasks in the assembly process and contribute to team effort in order to complete production.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or department manager.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Full Range of Motion (ability to bend and twist while moving parts).
Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 – 10 hours per day).
Ability to lift parts from 50-100 lbs.
