Paid Media Assistant

Target Marketing Digital is seeking a skilled digital marketing professional who is experienced in developing and executing Paid Media advertising campaigns to join our team as a Paid Media Assistant. This role will work closely with our Paid Media Manager, and assist them in developing, implementing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads and increase conversion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the agency's Paid Media team to develop and execute Paid Media strategies that align with our client’s marketing objectives and target audience.
• Set up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and other relevant platforms
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement analysis to maximize campaign performance
• Create and manage campaign budgets, ensure optimal ROI is achieved for our clients
• Effectively manage agencies and client's expectations, projects, and timelines, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly
• Monitor the competitive landscape and contribute to the creation of insightful reports.
• Keep clients and the marketing team informed about new concepts and best practices in community and content management
• Ensure that all content undergoes the appropriate editing and approval processes
• Stay updated on emerging social media tools and best practices.
• Develop monthly social media insight reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing a brand's social media presence, either in-house or through an agency.
• Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with other platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Reddit Ads is highly preferred.
• A deep passion for social media and a comprehensive understanding of each platform's intricacies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of the publishing industry and book marketing is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret data, conduct testing, iterate strategies, and translate insights into actionable improvements and results.
• Experience utilizing social monitoring and listening tools to identify brand opportunities for enhanced engagement.
