Job Title: Logistics Shipping Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Logistics Shipping Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, utilizing warehouse management software, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping Coordination:
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers and partners.
• Warehouse Management:
• Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• G-Suite Proficiency:
• Utilize Google's G-Suite programs, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, for communication, data entry, and document management.
• Collaborate with team members through shared documents and calendars.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and meet shipping deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with various departments, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Miscellaneous: all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Google's G-Suite programs.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Schedule:

• This is a Monday thru Friday position, day shift. Some overtime may be required during our busy season.
