We are looking for 2nd/3rd shiftPackaging Operators to join our team to make high quality food ingredients!
What you'll do:
- Package yeast powder which goes into food products, cat food, livestock feeds, and probiotics
- Take samples of product to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate and monitor equipment (forklifts and bagging equipment)
- Perform cleaning for your assigned area that complies with company and government policy
- Fill out required paperwork related to run rates, product types, and production summaries
- Follow food and safety standards/good manufacturing practices
What you'll bring:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, as well as weekends
- Ability to read, write, and a desire to learn about equipment/food manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs regularly, position 100lbs, stand for extended periods of time, assemble equipment, and work safely in hot environment
What you'll get:
- Excellent compensation, with pay starting at $25.00/hour and increasing up to $31.00/hour
