Packaging Assistant

Full Time Located in the Frankfort Business Park

Qualifications:

• Has experience with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks & Flexibake
• Customer Service experience
• Good time management
• Highly organized
• Good communication both verbally and written
• Ability to prioritize duties by importance
• Ability to work 8+ hours a day
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with placing orders

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service calls and emails- Respond and handle complaints and compliments accordingly. Enter complaints into HAACP.
• Assist customers with placing orders on the online store when needed
• Donations and orders- Take Roll orders and submit them to the Manager. Submit donation requests for approval and document all finalized orders.
• Place bread orders and communicate with drivers when orders are all set.
• Ensure quality of packing products.
• Fold and pack boxes for Mail Orders
• Data Entry- Would be responsible for entering all Mail Orders in weekly spreadsheet, then enter invoice and bill in QuickBooks.
• Print Invoices
• Book shipments and print shipping labels

Factory Schedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Off- Wednesday & Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
