Our client is a dynamic and innovative retail company. We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized Creative Operations Packaging Assistant to join our client’s remote team. As the Creative Operations Packaging Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$22/hr – $30/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Creative Operations Packaging Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client’s remote team, supporting the end-to-end execution of creative projects. You will work closely with the Creative Operations Manager to maintain packaging requests and contribute to the maintenance of project details in our workflow management tool. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive professional eager to grow in the realm of CREATIVE OPERATIONS, this is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and innovative company.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CREATIVE OPERATIONS PACKAGING ASSISTANT:
  • Assisting with the management of packaging requests from initial briefings to end deliveries.
  • Receiving requests from merchants and inputting jobs into a workflow management tool.
  • Tracking of creative assets requests.
  • Problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • Communicating with outside vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CREATIVE OPERATIONS PACKAGING ASSISTANT:
  • Proven experience in a CREATIVE OPERATIONS or project management role, with 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a similar area.
  • Familiarity with workflow and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and levels of the organization.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
