CREATIVE OPERATIONS PACKAGING ASSISTANT

Our client is a dynamic and innovative retail company. We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized Creative Operations Packaging Assistant to join our client’s remote team. As the Creative Operations Packaging Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery.

$22/hr – $30/hr

As the Creative Operations Packaging Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client’s remote team, supporting the end-to-end execution of creative projects. You will work closely with the Creative Operations Manager to maintain packaging requests and contribute to the maintenance of project details in our workflow management tool. • Assisting with the management of packaging requests from initial briefings to end deliveries.
• Receiving requests from merchants and inputting jobs into a workflow management tool.
• Tracking of creative assets requests.
• Problem-solving and risk mitigation.
• Communicating with outside vendors.

• Proven experience in a CREATIVE OPERATIONS or project management role, with 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a similar area.
• Familiarity with workflow and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams and levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
