JCS Restoration is offering a fast paced position as a Restoration Contents Manager. We focus on core values and goals. As a Contents Manager at JCS, you must have management experience and be proficient with Xactimate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish standards and best practices for project management, process improvement, and customer service
- Collaborate with clients and their insurance carriers to understand their needs and expectations in regard to contents services
- Manage and coordinate the restoration and replacement of contents for clients in the wake of a disaster
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Monitor progress and take corrective action when necessary
- Prepare estimates and supplements using Xactimate
- Ensure attention to detail when packing and storing personal property
- Supervise, schedule, and train technicians in all aspects of contents
- Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
- Possess a growth mindset: strong desire to learn and excel
Compensation
Salary and total compensation will be determined based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
